LW-8/560 High Capacity Galvanized Steel Wire Drawing Machine

1. Usage:

Pulley wire drawing machine is an ideal equipment used to draw steel wire material of high, medium and low carbon steel , as well as copper, aluminum and alloy, the machines are applied to drawing wire in the factories and nail, screw and rivet making factories etc.

2. Structure:

the equipment consists consist of main reduction box, die casing , wheel frame ,

Wire brace and electrical control system. The spinning drawing blocks are driven by JZT or Y series motor, with gear coupling runs changeful gears to reduce speed. The drawing blocks are vertically fixed in sealed box body, the gear pair is lubricated with oil.
In order to lower residual heat on the surface of the block, the cooling means is installed in inter-wall of the block.

3. Technical parameter

The machine runs with crawl or linkage. The safety halt gear is installed by the position of operation block.

4.Performance

1.) Rack: It is the foundation of the whole drawing machine units. It is welded by buttress plate, bent steel, section steel. All materials are designed safety enough to enhance the rigidity.

2. )Capstan structure: Material is ZG45 steel casting blank body, after quenching and tempering treatment, HB250. Dig 5mm depth on the working surface of capstan, then melt the tungsten, cobalt carbide, overlay welding. Then rough lathing, precision lathing, grinding and polishing, surface roughness can reach to 0.08μm, hardening layer height 300mm, depth>3mm, HRC 58-62.

3.) Capstan cooling: When capstan rotating, spiral groove will keep the cooling water to rise, then flow down along the capstan wall, discharge the water through the upper outlet, forming a good circulation water cooling.

4.) Transmission system: Using the efficient narrow V joint belt + hard gear reducer drive or using two efficient joint group belt drive, the working condition is for 24 hours of continuous work system, noise≤82dB.

5.) Die box and lubricant box: Circulation water cool the die shell directly, lubricant cabin sets electric mixer to turn drawing powder timely. Die box has additional copper shim, suitable for simple sealing circulating cooling water. Design die seat in the die box, can assist to fix die. Die box can be adjusted in up, down, left and right directions, and lock reliable.

6.) Safety shield: Shield is provided with protective contact switch. It’s a device for realizing mechanical locking at run time. (When machine is running with shield opened, the unit immediately drop speed running or parking, recover normal after closing it. When it opens, the unit can only jog.)
